Precise drawings are the cornerstone of a rock-solid project; that’s why, following the initial consultation, more accurate drawings based on architectural surveys are required to ensure that creative decisions are confirmed on a rigorous basis.

Licensing is the proper authorization required to carry out building works. Administrative permits are imperative in most construction processes. However, some projects waive these licensing requirements. For example, rehabilitation, conservation, and alterations with “minor urbanistic relevance” — that is, construction works that do not alter the structure or the exterior appearance of the building — can forgo this step.
