Stage 02

In this stage decisions regarding project layouts are refined. Precise drawings are the cornerstone of a rock-solid project; that’s why, following the initial consultation, more accurate drawings based on architectural surveys are required to ensure that creative decisions are confirmed on a rigorous basis.

Stage 02

To bring our clients’ initial ideas to life in construction, it is essential to outline and execute a rigorous plan. Through the architect in charge of the project, Architect Your Home conducts architectural surveys and creates precise drawings of the space the client wishes to refurbish or rehabilitate. With these elements in hand, the architect then develops the preliminary study for various potential uses. This stage is carried out using a range of techniques and resources.

C1 – Architectural and Topographic survey in CAD

The survey, in computer-aided design (CAD) format, provides a design with precise measurements of the space to be intervened. Our architect gains a thorough understanding of the space, allowing the project to move forward to the next stages. If the intervention area is small, the survey may be partial. Our architect will advise the client on the most suitable approach for the project

C2 – Transpose existing designs to CAD

If you already have transformed in CAD drawings.

When a space survey or floor plan is already available, it is possible to transpose that information into CAD. At this point, it is important to highlight that our architect is not responsible for the accuracy of the measurements encompassed in these elements.

D1 – Preliminary drawings

The previous study drawings are intermediate detail project drawings, establishing the necessary foundation for most architectural projects. They are precise in terms of dimensions, annotated in floor plans, sections, and elevations. At this scale, our architect shares the space layout with the clients, without going into detail. It’s important to underline that these drawings are not sufficiently detailed for the construction works.
