Stage 01

This stage marks the beginning of an interactive experience between the architect and the client. During these initial steps, ideas are transformed into original and functional spaces. Architect Your Home assists its clients in determining the best solutions to meet their goals, budget, and deadlines, bringing their vision to life, whether in the realm of real estate investment or in addressing practical considerations for the envisioned spaces.

FASE 01

This stage begins with sharing and culminates in the first sketch drawings and conclusions about your project. In this initial interaction, the client presents their ideas and choices to the Architect Your Home architect, which we materialize by designing and considering solutions to develop a proposal that matches the expectations.

The first sketches form a base idea. From there, our architects define a menu of essential services to proceed with the project safely.

The project’s scope will determine the necessary time for the type of initial consultancy—we offer a wide range of consultancies adapted to all requests.

A1 – ½ Day Initial Consultancy

For when you are doing a small to medium project

A half-day, 4-hour consultancy is most suitable for small and mid-sized projects, ideal for clients looking to refurbish just one area of their space.

A2 – 1- Day Initial Consultancy

For when you are doing large projects

A full-day, 8-hour consultancy is most appropriate for large-scale projects and for clients aiming to refurbish multiple areas of their space or undertake a complete renovation.

A4 – Interior Design Consultancy

To find out if you are new home will meet your needs

This is a visit tailored to those looking to decorate or make interior modifications, regardless of scale. It’s a 4-hour consultancy with our interior designer, designed for those who want to create a new decor from scratch or revamp an existing one.

A5 – Investment Initial Consultancy

When you need to find the right property for your investment

A consultancy designed for real estate investments and land analysis. At this stage, the pros and cons of a specific asset — whether a house, a building, or a plot of land — are evaluated. The necessary due diligence is conducted with municipal entities and archives to produce intervention layouts and a report assessing the viability of the investment, along with the next necessary steps
