The restoration of this apartment took into account the various existing architectural details. Through a careful survey of all preexistences, the existing tiles, stonework, carpentry and hardware were intensified and maintained. The new infrastructures were inserted with care to maintain the old design of the house.
The objective was to restore as much as possible and modernize what was necessary, with a new kitchen and bathroom. Details When choosing the switches, we opted for a model designed by the architect Siza Viera, which is very suitable for this rehabilitation.
